Services

Virtual Design provide World Wide Web page design & hosting. Virtual Design reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Virtual Design when Virtual Design decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Server use

Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. Virtual Design reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone.

Virtual Design do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its server:

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Ecreators.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, preaching, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

E-mail

you will not send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise from our network. Nor will you promote a site hosted on our network using bulk email.

We reserve the right to remove any material which we deem inappropriate from your Web Site without notice to you.

Domain

We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk.

we will give you power to access your site & control panel. Its only hosting control panel, not domain CP.

You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name.

We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us.

Any kind of special price is only for one year. You have to pay our usual price from the following year.

Terms and condition for Domain Transfer / DNS change

To change the ns1 and ns2	100 taka /domain
To Transfer Domain to other account (excluding domain price)	250 taka /domain
To get a individual Domain CP for a existing Domain	200 taka /domain

Terms and condition for SignUp Domain Reseller & Domain Customer A/C

To SignUp a Domain Reseller Account, Reseller must pay at least for 5 Domains.

Customer can SignUp a Customer Account for FREE of cost, but the account will be disable after 2 months if no domains bought from that Customer Account.

Termination And Refunds

We shall be entitled to suspend the Services and /or terminate this Agreement forthwith without notice to you If you fail to pay any sums due to us as they fall due.
break any of these terms and conditions. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

On termination of this Agreement or suspension of the Services we shall be entitled immediately to stop access to your Web Site and to remove all data located on the Server.
